Policy on Refunds

We want to express our gratitude for your service or product purchase on our website. Our primary goal is to provide 100% client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the services given, we will return your money if the reasons are real and can be proven following an inquiry. Before using the services, please read the fine print of each deal.

1.PAYMENT REFUND RECEIVED

If your business cannot register with MSME and provide you with an MSME certificate for any reason, we will refund you 80% of your money in the same manner you paid.

2.REQUEST FOR REFUND

You should send refund requests to support. Within eight days after submitting your online application, you can seek a refund.

3.TIME FRAME FOR REFUND

We will handle your refund request within 10 to 15 business days after receiving all of the necessary information, such as the reason for the refund and the bank details for processing the request.

4.APPLICATION CANCELLATION

You will not be able to cancel your registration after it has been submitted. There will be no refunds once the application is completed and the MSME Certificate is granted.

5.EXPLANATION OF THE APPLICATION

6.FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations due to an earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, an act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine, or plague, or action of a court or public authority (each a "Force Majeure Event").
